My first experience with Exact Temp was a very good one! Kayvan let me know when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He was very thorough in his inspection of my furnace and explained everything to me. I especially liked the fact that he didn't remind me of how old my unit is. It seems to be running great and that's all I care about!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The so called engineer came to my house at around 6pm and never did any diagnostics. All he did was take pictures tell me what “he thinks is wrong” and that my system would now work again unless i get a new one. He didnt try to fix anything and left my house with no heat during the coldest days in CLT. Just because Ron did not do any trouble shooting, and instead i paid him just to give me his opinion and left the unit open and not the way he found it.

I've used Exact Temp for around 15 years for HVAC service in my own home and rental property. Crystal is a most helpful and responsive agent, and Kayvan is a superb technician. He and his team are always prompt, and service/repairs are first rate. He is very knowledgeable and explains thoroughly any work he's doing or that he recommends. No pressure. Prices are reasonable, and the level of confidence and comfort is priceless.
I needed a HVAC inspection for a property my client was purchasing. Exact Temp was easy to schedule with and accommodated the request. Kenny, the technician, was very nice. He found a lot of items related to the HVAC needing repair and was able to write it up, with photos, and send to me all during the appt, which was very helpful.
I contacted Exact Temp on 12/6/23, bc my tenant's heat went out. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem & repaired the issue. The Technician was very knowledgeable. I will be using Exact Temp, if I ever hv a HVAC issue n the future.
